Teaching resources

I develop open-access materials and interactive tools for learning introductory biostatistics and R. I have created these resources for use in class to demonstrate statistical concepts and outside of class for students to review concepts, practice coding, and explore additional examples.

Intro Biostatistics Resources

Interactive demonstrations and practice activities designed to help students build intuition for foundational biostatistical concepts. The site includes visualizations, simulations, and interactive examples that students can use to explore statistical ideas and see how changing data or assumptions affects the results.

Coding Practice Resources

Interactive R coding exercises designed to give students additional practice applying the programming skills used in introductory biostatistics. The activities focus on common tasks such as working with data, calculating summary statistics, creating visualizations, and applying basic statistical methods.

This resource is currently being built and will be updated periodically during the fall of 2026
